5 Game Guarantee – October 11-13, 2024
The event will begin on Friday noon – October 11, 2024 – All teams can play 1 Exhibition game. The game will be 1 hour – finish the batter. EXHIBITION GAMES ONLY: All batters will start with a 1-1 count. All these games will take place on Friday. NO BRACKET games will begin before 3:00PM. – ***NOTE – Exhibition Games WILL BEGIN BY NOON – Teams can “opt off” this game if their schedules will not permit.
The tournament itself is an all competitive 4 game guarantee played in our signature Power Bracket. An extra game can be added upon request** making your team’s weekend outing a minimum of 6 games. All games are regulation time (10U/12U – 1 hour 20 minutes and 14U – 1 1/2 hours) and require a winner. The championship game in the Elite bracket will be 7 innings no time limit. Entry Fee is $675.00 and includes the umpire fees, and org fees.
Gate Fee’s are charged to all entrant’s over the age of 12. (Players exempt.)

*We could use multiple field sites to facilitate this large event. Teams will have ample time to move between locations during the tournament.
*This tournament will be NCAA guided rules, with some modifications. One difference we offer is the option to utilize an XP (extra hitter) AND a DP/Flex in your line-up. Our rulebook can be found on the homepage of Cowart Sports Events, Inc. under the ‘rules’ tab. Player age eligibility is determined by the age of the player on New Year’s Eve of the current year. Whatever the age – THAT is the age group all teams must play in each September which is the beginning of each competitive fiscal season. EFFECTIVE 2024-EACH TEAM CAN HAVE 4 EXCEPTIONS TO THE FISCAL SEASON CALENDAR. TEAM MUST HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER THE AGE OF EACH OF THEIR PLAYERS INCLUSIVE OF THE DATES OF THE EVENT.
*Teams are NOT accepted into the event UNTIL their entry fee is received. We will take as many teams as possible – however, first paid=first in. This event sold out last year. Sign up early – this event SOLD OUT last year!
NOTE: 8U COACH PITCH/PLAYER PITCH- 4 GG POWER BRACKET – 60 MINUTE GAMES – GAMES WILL NOT START FOR 8U UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING.
*** – If a team requests an exhibition game and it is scheduled – all teams must show up. Notification after release of said game will result in $150.00 cancellation fee and possible removal from the entire tournament.
THE SUPER DIVISION
The Super Division is the most competitive form of CSE’s signature Power Bracket per age division. Everything is the same – from the 4 game guarantee, ALL Bracket play & ALL games REQUIRING a winner. HOWEVER – the only way into this division is to be at the top of your game! If you and your team can’t get enough (when it comes to competition) or just want a continued challenge – this is for you! Teams who enter the Super Division are admitted by invite only AND desire THE MOST competitive matchups. Game after game after game it just gets tougher and tougher! This bracket is sure to bring the regional competition you are looking for. Not for the fainthearted or inexperienced! But if you dare to climb the gauntlet – the spoils await at the top.

To be automatically eligible to compete in the Super 24 your team must fall under at least 2 of the below listed categories:
- Be sanctioned and registered as an “A” level or “Open” level team with at least 1 of 3 major sanctioning bodies.
- Currently have an above .700 average win-loss percentage for ALL your teams played games and finished events over the last 6 months
- Previous top 4 finish in the Elite division of a CSE event held in the last 2 years.
- Be a returning 2022 participant in a Super Division event.
For those teams who do not check two of the above 4 boxes and would still like to be considered – please send us you reasoning for wanting to compete in this bracket, as our age eligible brackets are played in the same Power Bracket format. Second year teams are preferred for participation in the Super Division but first year teams will be considered.

THE POWER BRACKET
Our signature power bracket is a 4 game guarantee format that contains NO POOL GAMES. It keeps equal competition together through “power” based match-ups and future match-ups. This gives all teams the ability to come and COMPETE at whatever experience level they play. New team??? – Got something for that. Experienced and looking for the best team matchups??? – Be careful what you ask for we got that too! All games are regulation time limits and REQUIRE a winner. All out – All the time! Teams begin in the same bracket in shotgun style format seeded by points. Through the outgrowth of games played – teams maneuver themselves into 1 of 3 divisions – Elite, Premier, or Gold. While all teams are competitive, some are more experienced than others. The tournament continues through these divisions with teams facing opponents that look just like them. All teams find their competitive place and then set their sights on the prize!
